Li Bin, Ph.D., professor, Director of the Institute of Veterinary Medicine, Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. He has been awarded the title of Shennong Young Talents by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural affairs of the People’s Republic of China, as well as Outstanding Young Fund Talents by Jiangsu Province. Additionally, He serves as the Director of the Key Laboratory of Veterinary Biological Engineering and Technology under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and is also the president of Jiangsu Association for Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.
Main research fields: Research on the prevention and control technology of animal diarrhea. He has presided over 18 projects supported by provincial or ministerial organizations, published more than 100 papers in Nat Commun, PNAS, Plos Biology, mBio, JVI, etc as the first or corresponding author; obtained 9 national invention patents; and received approval for clinical trials of 3 veterinary biological products.
